Return and Refund Policy

Due to the small-batch, handmade nature of my ceramics, all sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each piece is individually crafted, and slight variations in shape, size, glaze, and color are a natural part of the process and make every item unique.

Please be aware that there may be very small and minute imperfections in some ceramic pieces. These can be little freckles or specks that come from the clay body. These do not affect the functionality of the ceramic piece. 

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I will happily work with you to offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Order Issues
If there is a problem with your order, please reach out and I will do my best to make it right.

Shipping

Each item is individually and meticulously packaged in biodegradable, paper-based packing material. Packing peanuts I use are also corn starch based, so they are compostable.
